**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Car Rental Assistant. As a Car Rental Assistant, your day-to-day activities will include assisting customers with bookings and inquiries, managing vehicle rentals and returns, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, preparing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support the inspection and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure that they are safe and ready for use by customers.

**Qualifications**

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with vehicle inspection or basic maintenance
- Proficiency in office software and systems for managing bookings and records
- Ability to speak multiple languages (preferred, but not required)
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Previous experience in the car rental or customer service industry is a plus
