**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Negotino. Responsibilities will include conducting structural analysis and design of civil infrastructure for energy projects, supervising construction processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and oversee project documentation, planning, and timelines.

**Qualifications**

- Engineering Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis, civil design, and construction processes.
- Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar software.
- Project Management: Experience in coordinating teams, preparing project documentation, and managing timelines effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of English (mandatory); additional language skills are a plus.
- Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in structural engineering are an advantage.
- Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Must have A category certificate from Chamber of engineers
