**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer based in Tirana, Albania. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing civil engineering projects, conducting planning activities, and providing technical expertise in stormwater management. This role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**

- Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design, construction, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, technical analysis, and engineering design.
- Experience in stormwater management and environmental considerations.
- Proficient in engineering design software and technical tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations in Albania.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
