📍 Location: Tirana, Albania

🧑‍💻 Work Model: Remote (with up to 20% travel)

An organization active in clinical research and drug development is looking for a Clinical Scientist to join its growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality clinical trials, support protocol development, data review, and scientific documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional international teams in a dynamic research environment.

🔬 Key Focus Areas

• Clinical trial documentation (protocols, CRFs, IBs, CSRs)

• Scientific literature reviews and data analysis

• Support to regulatory submissions and trial conduct

• Collaboration with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Safety, and Biostatistics

• Contribution to scientific publications and presentations

🎓 Background

• MSc, PharmD, or PhD in Life Sciences or related field

• 1–3 years of clinical research experience (pharma, biotech, CRO, or academia)

• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial methodology

• Strong scientific writing and communication skills
