House of Trucking (HoT) is a growing service based company in the USA trucking sector, and we’re expanding our Driver Recruiting team!

We are looking for a Jr. Driver Recruiter (Cold Calling) who understands the trucking industry and is confident in engaging prospects and converting conversations into opportunities.

This role offers a clear career path to grow into a Sr. Driver Recruiter position for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

✅Proven experience in cold calling (US/UK market)

✅Confident, professional phone communicator

✅Experience selling any type of products/service on USA territory

✅Knowledge/experience of the trucking industry

Your responsibilities:

📱Cold calling company drivers and owner-operators (leads provided)

💡Clearly presenting carrier opportunities and building trust among potential candidates

📝 Keeping accurate candidate records
