**Role Description**

Levita is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Tirana, with flexibility for remote work. The Commercial Lawyer will provide legal guidance and expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and offering insights on legal issues. Responsible for advising on data privacy matters, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's business operations and strategic goals.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Law and in-depth understanding of legal frameworks and principles
- Experience in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts and handling Legal Issues
- Ability to provide comprehensive Legal Advice on complex matters
- Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
- An understanding of healthcare or technology legal frameworks is advantageous
