**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Conference Partnerships Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with potential business partners to secure sponsorships for Allan Lloyds’ conferences. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic partnership opportunities, presenting partnership proposals, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the success of conferences and excellent partner engagement.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in establishing and maintaining Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
- Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to effectively negotiate, present, and build long-term relationships
- Robust Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify partnership opportunities
- Previous experience in customer relations, business development, or sales-related roles is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
