Content Manager - Summits

**Job Description**

We’re looking for a Content Manager with strong SEO skills and hands-on experience using SEMrush or similar tools, to help plan, write, optimize, and improve content that ranks—and converts. You’ll work closely with marketing to turn keyword insights into high-quality articles, landing pages, and campaign content.


This is an in-person role located in our
**Skopje**
office.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Write and edit SEO-led content (blog articles, landing pages, web copy, email/campaign assets).
- Use SEMrush for keyword research, topic discovery, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Optimise AI visibility through citations and social listening.
- Build and maintain content outlines aligned to search intent and funnel stage.
- Optimize existing pages (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, readability).
- Collaborate with designers/marketing to support campaigns with clear, on-brand messaging.
- Track performance and iterate based on rankings, traffic, CTR, and engagement.

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of proven experience as a content writer/copywriter with a portfolio of SEO-focused work.
- Practical knowledge of SEMrush (Keyword Magic Tool, Position Tracking, Site Audit, On Page SEO Checker, etc.).
- Strong understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO principles.
- Excellent English writing skills with a clear, confident, and adaptable tone.
- Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback well, and work independently.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics will be considered an advantage.
