Cost Engineer | Construction

DIMENSION HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading and well-established construction company in Albania specializing in
**design and execution of large-scale construction projects**
.

We are looking for an experienced
**Cost Engineer**
to support
**cost estimation, budget control, and financial monitoring of construction projects**
.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare and review
**cost estimates and BOQs**
for construction projects
- Monitor and control
**project budgets and cost performance**
- Analyze
**materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs**
- Prepare
**monthly work progress reports (IPC)**
- Evaluate and negotiate
**subcontractor and supplier offers**
- Support
**procurement and project management teams**
- Report
**budget vs. actual cost performance**

**Requirements**

- Degree in
**Civil Engineering**
or related field
- **4–5+ years experience**
as a Cost Engineer / Cost Estimator
- Experience in
**large construction projects**
(
**residential, industrial, or infrastructure**
)
- Strong skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software (PriMus, STR, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
