**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Execution Trader specializing in On-Chain and Centralized Exchange (CEX) trading. The responsibilities include executing trades on both decentralized and centralized platforms, developing and optimizing trading strategies, analyzing market trends, and making informed decisions to maximize profitability. The role requires collaboration with a team to ensure optimal risk management and compliance with company policies while navigating rapidly changing market dynamics.

**Qualifications**

- Proficient in Cryptocurrency Trading, with experience in both On-Chain and Centralized Exchange (CEX) environments
- Strong knowledge of Trading Strategies and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring market trends and analyzing trading data
- Proficiency in Trading execution with attention to accuracy and speed
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in high-pressure trading scenarios
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CFA or technical trading credentials, are advantageous
