**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Tirana, Albania. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, shaping marketing strategies, supporting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective campaigns
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales activities and objectives
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of the Albanian real estate market is a plus
- Fluency in English and Albanian is highly desirable
