**Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers;
- Create and manage purchase orders (PO) and track their status;
- Organize bookings and coordinate with forwarders;
- Manage contracts and terms with suppliers;
- Review proforma invoices and import documentation;
- Calculate and monitor landed cost (total warehouse cost);
- Manage and optimize logistics costs;
- Handle claims, credit notes, and financial compensations;
- Ensure accuracy of data in the system (prices, terms, ETA, quantities, costs);
- Complete shipment documentation in Odoo.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain;
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
- Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage);
- Good command of the English language;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
