**Role Description**
This is a
**full-time on-site role**
for a Customer Care Representative located in Tirana. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and resolve customer issues efficiently. The role includes fostering positive customer experiences, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exemplary service. You will collaborate with the team to address and respond to customer concerns via various communication channels and represent the company professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and internal ticketing systems
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding Paysera products and services
- Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and technical issues
- Identify and escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Support onboarding processes
**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of
**English**
(written and spoken)
- Knowledge of
**Italian**
is an advantage but
**not mandatory**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner
- Good computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
