Customer Interviewer (Italian+English)

Join our fast growing company as a Customer Interviewer with English C1 and Italian C1 language skills.
It is a remote part-time position.
Start date: 02.02.2026
Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM CET, Mon-Fri
At Mindy-Support you have great opportunity to get:
- Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
- Compensation – $900/month during probation period(3 month) , $1000 + up to $100 for KPIs after probation
- Training will be provided by the company and the client;
- 20 paid days of vacations and 10 days of sick leaves per year;
- Management's attention, support and motivation.
Your responsibilities:
- Call Autodoc customers and invite them to have an interview about Autodoc services
- Conduct customer interviews by asking questions from the questionnaire / script
- Transcribe the interview and translate it into English ( AI assisted)
- Report to the head of the department
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Proficiency in written English at the C1 level;
- Fluent in Italian
- Prior experience in Customer Support would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a stressful situation, remaining calm, and showing respect and empathy while working with clients;
- Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
