**Your Tasks**

- customer service via mail and phone
- handling telephone inquiries about products, the online shop, the ordering process, and shipment tracking
- guiding customers through the ordering process
- identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
- ensure customer satisfaction

**Your Profile**

- fluent in speaking Italian or Spanish or German
- good knowledge of English
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- sales or telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
- confident and professional on the phone
- target-driven personality, friendly and communicative
