Cyber security Lead

About the Role

Cyber Defence Albania is seeking a motivated and capable Cyber Defence Lead to support the strategic development and coordination of its cyber defence initiatives.

This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to take ownership, contribute ideas, and help build a structured professional cyber defence community in Albania.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of cyber defence programs and initiatives

• Coordinate online discussions, roundtables, and community sessions

• Engage cybersecurity professionals and grow the network

• Contribute to awareness and capacity-building activities

• Monitor global threat trends and support content development

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, or related field

• Basic understanding of cyber threats, risk, and security practices

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Professional English proficiency

Preferred

• Experience in SOC, vulnerability assessment, or IT security

• Interest in community building and professional collaboration
