**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cyber Security Specialist based in Tirana. The role involves assessing and improving cybersecurity practices, ensuring application and network security, mitigating existing vulnerabilities, and implementing strategies to safeguard sensitive information. You will actively monitor and respond to security threats, perform system updates, and develop security protocols aligned with the organization's objectives.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Network Security and Information Security management.
- Experience with identifying and mitigating security risks across various systems and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to implement cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within an on-site team in Tirana.
