**Responsibilities:**

- KPI Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Dashboard Development: Design and create interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs across various departments. Utilize data visualization tools to present insights clearly and effectively.
- Reporting: Build comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze performance across different functions, tracking progress against defined KPIs and targets.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Target Setting: Establish performance targets for growth teams based on historical data, market trends, and strategic goals. Work with teams to ensure targets are understood and achievable.
- Budget Forecasting Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage revenue streams. Ensure that metrics align with budgetary goals and provide analysis on budget performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among various departments to ensure data consistency and facilitate alignment on strategic goals. Engage with teams regularly to gather insights and align analytics with business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization in reporting and analytics tools. Implement best practices for data management, reporting, and visualization.
- Insight Presentation: Prepare and present findings and assessments to leadership and other stakeholders, communicating the implications for strategic decision-making.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in analytics to ensure the organization remains responsive and informed.

**Requirements:**

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, analytics reporting, or a similar role, with a focus on KPIs and performance measurement.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio), and CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics). Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Sheets, Excel, R, or Python) is required.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of developing, implementing, and tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and driving data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong desire to contribute to the organization’s success and drive strategic initiatives.
