Data Analyst Senior Expert

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst Senior Expert located in Tirana, Albania, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Data Analyst Senior Expert will be responsible for analyzing data, developing/validating credit risk data models, and using advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights.

Daily tasks will include
**data mining, data cleaning, and collaboration with various teams**
to communicate findings and support decision-making processes. The role involves leveraging analytical skills to drive data-driven strategies and enhance overall business performance.

Responsible for
**development**
of
**credit risk models**
such as PD model and its scorecards, LGD models anf IFRS 9 models.

Regular communication with RBI validation owner and HO methodology team.

Follow up regulatory requirements for IRB model
**initial and re-development.**

**Qualifications**

- Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience
- Proficiency in
**Statistics**
- Expertise in
**Data Modeling**
- Strong Communication skills to present findings effectively
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and
**Python/R, SAS, Databricks/Apex**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, IT technology, Statistics, Math engineering or related field
- Experience in the banking sector is an advantage
