**DevOps Engineer**
**What’s the challenge we offer you?**


As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping, improving, and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our technology ecosystem. In this role, you will:



- Define and enhance the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes by collaborating closely with development teams.
- Design or improve the observability framework for applications and infrastructure.
- Contribute to improving the reliability and resilience of our solutions.
- Support and promote DevOps culture and best practices across teams.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues to foster growth and knowledge-sharing.

**What do we expect from you?**


We are looking for a professional with a strong DevOps mindset and solid technical background, ideally with experience in modern cloud-native environments. Specifically, we expect:



- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
- Experience with Kubernetes clusters both on‑prem (OpenShift, K3S) and in the cloud.
- Experience with Google Cloud IaaS and GKE.
- Proficiency in shell scripting or at least one programming language.
- Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience managing KVM or VMware virtualization environments.
- Hands-on experience tuning and scaling high‑traffic applications.
- Experience managing and optimizing message brokers, ideally Apache Kafka.
- Experience managing and tuning PostgreSQL databases.
- Excellent knowledge of the Linux operating system.
