DevOps Engineer

Our OPEN (Operations & Engineering) Department is forming a new Applications Team responsible for delivering and operating Internal Corporate Services as SaaS or on our cloud platforms. Within this team, the DevOps Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing concepts, and maintaining tools that are essential to our Software Delivery lifecycle, as well as contributing to more efficient collaboration across teams.

By bridging development and operations, this role accelerates collaboration and release cycles, improves software quality, and ensures that deployment activities do not disrupt production services. The tools and platforms managed by this position provide product teams with everything they need to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions successfully.

### **Your tasks:**

- Main focus for the start will be the responsibility for installation, configuration, upgrades, maintenance and support of CI/CD tools:

- Design, build and maintain automated template pipelines for application build, test and deployment.
- Support product teams with setting development projects and integrating them into hosting environments.
- Monitoring, handling incidents, proposing and implementing improvements related to CI/CD environment.

- Work with Cloud hosting environment:

- Containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implementing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation) is a plus.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide guidance on DevOps strategy and tooling.

- Global Administration of SaaS products for collaboration purposes.
- Support with integrating the collaboration tools between each other.

### Requirements

### **Your profile:**

- 5+ years of experience working in DevOps, automation, or platform engineering roles.
- Optional know-how in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket)
- Hands on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity and focus on Cloud Hosting Environments (AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in scripting languages (BASH, Python, etc)
- Knowledge of using monitoring tools (CheckMK, Pingdom, Prometheus, Grafana, etc)
- Knowledge of ITIL4 is a plus (Incident, Change, Request Management)
