SOLAR TECHNICIAN / PV SYSTEM DESIGNER

Location: Tirana, Albania | Type: Full-Time | Field: Renewable Energy

ROLE OVERVIEW

Hybrid role combining hands-on site work with technical PV system design. You will work directly on rooftop installations and support project planning — building a strong renewable energy profile from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support solar PV installations on-site

• Plan and design PV systems for real projects

• Work with simulation tools (PVsyst, PV\*SOL)

• Collaborate with experienced technical team members

• Contribute across design, execution, and project delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid technical foundation (electrical systems or related field)

• Basic knowledge of solar simulation software (PVsyst, PV\*SOL)

• Hands-on mindset — comfortable working on-site and at the desk

• Fast learner with genuine curiosity for renewable energy

• No minimum years of experience required
