ERP Business Analyst / ERP Consultant - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

We’re looking for an
**ERP Business Analyst / ERP Consultant**
to support and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business users, translating requirements into clear ERP solutions, and supporting projects from analysis through go-live.

**What You’ll Do**

- Lead business and functional workshops with customers
- Analyse business processes and document requirements
- Translate requirements into functional designs and user stories
- Act as the functional bridge between customers and developers
- Support configuration, validation, and solution reviews in D365 F&O
- Prepare functional documentation (FDDs, test scripts, user guides)
- Support UAT, data validation, cutover, and go-live activities
- Review reports and functional outputs for quality and accuracy
- Contribute to internal standards, templates, and best practices

**What We’re Looking For**

- 5+ years in ERP business analysis or ERP consulting
- Experience across the full ERP delivery lifecycle
- **Accounting, Financial Analyst, or ERP Analyst background is highly desirable**
- **Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)**
- **Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Excel-based reporting)**
- **Strong English communication and documentation skills**
- **Comfortable working with technical teams**
- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills**
- **Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX**
