**Role Overview**
This is a hybrid role combining Executive Assistant and HR Recruitment responsibilities. The position supports senior leadership in daily administrative and organizational tasks while actively contributing to recruitment processes and office operations. The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities across executive support and human resources.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO and executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with daily operational tasks.
- Support and coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling and participating in interviews, and managing candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases across multiple platforms
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and management
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics such as staff retreats, job fairs, conferences, and business meetings.
- Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies, stock control, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office organization and a well-maintained working environment
- Welcome, host, and accommodate office guests, visitors, and partners, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and organizational support to executives to help optimize their time and workflow.
