**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative 
**Marketing Strategy Specialist / Marketing Project Manager**
 to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of market research, campaign performance, and cross-functional project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to guide strategic decisions
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights and reports
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital, and sales teams to ensure alignment
- Optimize marketing initiatives based on data, trends, and performance results
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns

**Required Qualifications**

- Proven experience in 
**marketing strategy, campaign management, or marketing project management**
- **Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis**
- **Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously**
- **Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills**
- **Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities**
- **Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software**

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working with international or US-based markets
- Background in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand strategy
- Prior experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives
