Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flatbed Dispatcher to join our operations team in Kisela Voda, Skopje. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong coordination skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced logistics environment during U.S. working hours.

As a Flatbed Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating freight operations from pickup to delivery, maintaining communication with drivers and brokers, and ensuring loads are handled safely and efficiently. The role requires strong teamwork, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with dispatchers and operations staff to support drivers, maximize productivity, and maintain high service standards across all operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the flatbed industry
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Adaptable to work in a team of 6 (no individual dispatch work)
