**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Specialist based in Skopje, Macedonia. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. The role will require collaboration with international clients to expand the company's global presence while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
**:**
- Timely and comprehensive implementation of sales plans for the specific region;
- Acquiring new clients in the region and managing their needs;
- Handling payments and complaints from clients in the region;
- Soliciting feedback from clients for product development and supporting non-standard purchases;
- Gathering feedback on customer satisfaction and preferred marketing actions;
- Sharing information about clients and competitors in the region;
- Actively participating in the development and execution of marketing plans;
- Timely and accurate documentation of sales in the region and ensuring compliance with regional regulations;
- Providing clear information on necessary sales support activities in the region and precise details on agreements with clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in economics, or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in international trade;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage time and work in a dynamic environment;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems;
- Initiative and orientation to the results;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of a second world language will be considered as an advantage (German, French, Spanish);
- Driving license category B.
