**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania, for a Fieldwork Coordinator. The Fieldwork Coordinator will manage, organize, and oversee data collection processes for research and consulting projects. Core responsibilities include planning and coordinating field activities, recruiting and training field staff, ensuring the quality and accuracy of gathered data, and resolving challenges that arise during fieldwork. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who can work flexibly both in the office and in the field.

**Qualifications and skills**

- Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage field staff (data collectors) effectively
- planning and managing field logistics (transport, equipment, materials).
- perform quality controls (verifications, re-interviews, data checks).

Applicants with a university degree in social sciences, economics, statistics, sociology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in field coordination or a related role is highly desirable.
