**GSE Security is seeking to engage a certified accountant or a reputable local accounting firm**
to manage the company’s
**end-to-end accounting, tax compliance and financial reporting function**
on an outsourced basis.

This is a
**hands-on, execution-focused role**
, requiring full ownership of financial processes and consistent delivery.

**Scope of Responsibilities**

The selected partner will be responsible for:

- Payroll processing and employee declarations
- Monthly accounting and bookkeeping (invoicing, general ledger, bank/cash reconciliation)
- Inventory and warehouse accounting
- Fiscalization processes, including self-invoicing
- Tax compliance and filings (VAT, payroll taxes, withholding tax, annual declarations)
- Monthly financial reporting and periodic updates
- Quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Year-end closing and statutory financial statements
- Representation before tax authorities and relevant institutions
- Support during tax inspections and financial reviews

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting in Albania
- Strong knowledge of local tax legislation and fiscalization requirements
- Experience with inventory and warehouse accounting processes
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently

**This is primarily an outsourced role, with periodic on-site presence required at GSE Security headquarters in Tirana (typically 1–2 times per week, depending on operational needs).**

**Eligibility**

- Certified accountants
- Established accounting firms with proven experience in Albania

**This role is intended for professionals or firms legally authorized to provide accounting services in Albania.**

**Engagement Model**

- Outsourced / contract-based
- Long-term collaboration preferred
