Financial Director

DIMENSION HR is seeking a
**Financial Director**
on behalf of a leading company in Albania, operating in
**construction and complex project development (residential & industrial)**
.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead
**financial reporting**
(monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze
**financial performance, costs, margins, and profitability**
- Manage
**budgeting and forecasting**
across projects and departments
- Monitor
**cash flow, liquidity, and financing structures**
- Oversee
**cost control and financial performance of construction projects**
- Prepare reports for
**CEO and Board-level decision making**
- Ensure
**tax compliance and financial governance**
- Implement and strengthen
**internal control systems**

**Requirements**

- Degree in
**Finance, Accounting, or related field**
- **4+ years**
of experience in
**senior finance roles**
- Strong background in
**financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting**
- Knowledge of
**tax regulations and financial standards**
- Experience managing
**teams and financial processes**
- Fluent in English
