Fleet Manager / Maintenance Manager – Trucking Company USA Market

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager / Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance

operations for our trucking fleet and ensure maximum equipment uptime on the USA Market. Responsibilities:

· Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for tractors and trailers

· Schedule and track PM services to minimize breakdowns and downtime

· Establish and manage national maintenance, tire, and vendor accounts

· Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams nationwide

· Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance and maintain accurate maintenance records

· Monitor maintenance costs, downtime, and equipment performance

· Communicate with drivers and operations to keep equipment road-ready

Qualifications:

· 2–3+ years of fleet or maintenance management experience in trucking for USA Market needed

· Strong knowledge of Semi Trucks Class 8 equipment and DOT regulations

· Proven ability to reduce downtime and control maintenance costs

· Experience with national accounts and vendor negotiations

· Strong organizational and communication skills and strong knowledge of truck mechanics and parts

Compensation, location, and work hours:

· Competitive salary: $2,000–$3,000 per month, depending on experience

· Office location: Skopje, Kisela Voda

· Has to be flexible and work 2
