**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Tirana. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, providing information about hotel amenities, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Additional duties involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to deliver exceptional service.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Phone Etiquette and extensive experience in Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and positive guest experience
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain professional under pressure
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous
