We are looking for a
**Senior Full Stack Developer**
to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile and backend solutions. You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to mobile applications built with React Native and backend systems developed in C#, while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Italian-speaking environment.

- Design, develop, and maintain

- Build and maintain
**backend services and APIs**

**C# / .NET**
- Design, optimize, and manage
**SQL databases**
, ensuring performance and data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in security, performance, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy

**Required Skills & Experience**

- 5+ years of professional experience in
**full stack development**
- Strong experience with
**React Native**
for mobile application development
- Solid backend development experience with
**C# and .NET**
- Strong knowledge of
**SQL**
(e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience designing and consuming
**RESTful APIs**
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex features
- **Fluent or professional working proficiency in Italian**

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
