**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including system setup, configuration, and alignment with business processes.
- Conduct functional testing, validate system configurations, and ensure successful deployments.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolving functional issues efficiently.
- Develop Functional Design Documents, perform testing, and maintain documentation.
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support clients during UAT and Hyper Care phases.
- Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, with a focus on the Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and budgeting.
- Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex functional incidents.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Certifications: MB-310 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client work.
