**Your Daily Tasks**
Customer Communication & Needs Analysis
- Handle inbound client inquiries (email and phone) with professionalism and confidence
- Conduct structured requirements analysis (size, material, specifications, timeline, etc.)
- Ensure all necessary information is collected before proceeding
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking B2B clients (C1 level required)
- Educate clients on the value and benefits of company solutions
Sales & Proposal Management
- Enter and manage customer data in Salesforce
- Share specifications with production partners to obtain cost quotations
- Create and manage cost proposals in Salesforce
- Send structured offers to clients
- Follow up on clarifications
- Convert approved proposals into confirmed orders
- Use a consultative approach to guide clients to the optimal solution
Process & Business Support
- Support client onboarding
- Maintain high data accuracy in Salesforce
- Work within established (and automated) workflows
- Contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and production partners
Process Flow
- Client submits inbound request
- Verify completeness of information
- Call client to clarify missing requirements
- Enter structured data into Salesforce
- Forward details to production partner for quotation
- Record cost proposal in Salesforce
- Send proposal to client
- Clarify questions if needed
- Confirm and finalize order
**The Qualifications We Seek**
- **3-5 years of experience in customer service, client services, sales support, business support, or customer-facing operations**
- Strong German language proficiency (
**B2-C1 minimum required**
) with confidence handling phone and email communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with German-speaking business clients
- Experience working in B2B customer environments and managing customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a strong advantage for customer data management, inquiry tracking, and workflow support.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently within structured processes and established workflows
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external business partners
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in fast-paced environments
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes

Shift: Day Shift, 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM European Daytime (must have flexibility around the schedule), Weekends Off
