German-Speaking Recruiter

As we expand across several international projects, our hiring needs are growing. Due to the increasing volume and structural complexity of these projects,
we are looking for a dedicated, full-time Recruiter, fluent in German, who will be based in our office and focus exclusively on hiring activities.

**Your Mission:**

You will play a key role in ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment for our German-speaking markets and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for German-speaking roles
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate regularly with HR regarding project requirements and priorities
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates
- Ensure fast turnaround times in screening, interviewing, and offer processes
- Maintain structured and organized recruitment pipelines

**What we are looking for:**

- Fluency in
**German (C1/C2 level)**
and strong English skills
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with the team
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
