Graphic Designer

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Design team!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who has great design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns 

to capture the attention and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you!

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Concepting and creating**
high-impact visual
assets

for web, social, print, and presentations
that align with brand identity and business objectives.
- **Asset Production:**
 Designs and produces a wide range of digital and print assets, such as layouts, interactive prototypes, and digital advertisements.
- **Brand Guardianship:**
Maintains brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- **Collaboration**
with marketing, product, and development teams to translate strategic briefs into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- **Ability**

to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- **Experience:**
 Typically requires 3 or more years of professional experience in
graphic design roles
, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- **Exceptional ability**
 of the Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Design Principles:**
 Mastery of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
- **Communication:**
 Exceptional ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders and clients.
- **Education:**
 A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is generally required.

**Preferred “Nice-to-Have” Skills**

**Motion Design:**

 Experience with animation and motion graphics.

- **3D programs**
like Blender, Maya
