**About the Role**
To make and follow up distribution of duties between staff of the store in order to fulfill shop store processes in accordance with current procedures, regulations, instructions and legal regulations, to ensure and maintain fictive and actual inventory consistency in shop’s product transactions.
**Responsibilities**
- He/she makes and follows up distribution of duties between staff of the store; conducts necessary organization in order to employ store staff in coordination.
- He/she makes / plans to make and organize all operational transactions related to storage processes within relevant procedures.
- He/she concludes necessary planning studies in order to accept shipments coming to the shop and to place the products to sales area in order to place in the rayon within desired time and informs shop management accordingly.
- He/she controls the compatibility of the store with inspection standards and informs shop management in order to conclude required arrangements.
- He/she submits regular reports to the shop management, related to daily performance of store operations.
- He/she regularly informs shop management about training needs in order to train and develop staff of the store and trains the staff.

- Acts in conformity with company procedures, regulations and instructions.
- Takes care of personal cleanness and outward appearance.

**Required Skills**
- Takes delivery of incoming shipments in line with procedures. Conducts necessary checks in case that staff of the store take delivery of incoming shipments.
- He/she makes and/or controls entry of products into the system in accordance with procedures.
- He/she performs necessary operations in order to open incoming products as soon as possible and to send to sales area and/or realizes necessary cooperation and coordination between staff of the store.
- He/she implements separation of store – rayon and maintains the same.
- He/she places products in excess of rayon into the store in an orderly manner (on shelves or hangers) and/or follows up such placement.
- He/she controls, in daily basis, any transfer requests and acceptance waybills waiting on the system, informs shop management when he/she detects any problem and ensures solution.
- Follows up operations necessary to conduct due to inconsistencies of shipments, communicates with respective stores and eliminates such inconsistencies in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Continually follows up any products required to sending to rayon. He/she carries out operations of sending products to rayon in accordance with relevant procedures.
- He/she checks products to send to rayon for having updated tags and alarm affixed.
- He/she prepares and ships any products requested to transfer and/or return in accordance with specified terms and relevant procedures and/or follows up related operations.
- He/she prepares and ships any products to send to Consumer Desk in accordance with procedures, follows up such products, realizes transfer to related shops and/or follows up related operations.
- He/she prepares product requests coming from shops, realizes transfer operations to relevant shops and/or follows up related operations.
- When any product comes to the shop from other shops in the direction of customer requests, delivers the product to requesting personnel.
- He/she issues waybills in accordance with legal obligations, checks any issued waybills.
- He/she files and keeps remaining copies of waybills in the order of serial and sequence numbers.
- He/she gets cargo conciliation reports to the courier, files the same in daily manner, keeps and/or follows up related operations.
- He/she uses any fixed assets (computer of the store, printer, hand terminals, alarm removers, storage shelves etc) in working area correctly and checks for cleanness.
- Keeps archived documents and visual materials (hangers, mannequins etc.) in the store in a protection order not to incur any loss; delivers the same to related staff when needed.
- He/she keeps and dispatches spare alarms in the shop in accordance with relevant procedure and/or follows up related operations.
- He/she concludes necessary updating procedures in Retail Store software at shop opening, during the day, and at the end of working time.
- He/she follows up updating Retail Store software version on Store’s computer.
- He/she checks and closes any doors, windows, air conditioners and computers etc. components that must be closed at the same time with closing of the shop.
- During inventory counts of the shops, gets the store of shop ready for inventory count and conducts necessary organization for a healthy inventory count at the point of store.
- He/she follows up to keep required amount of hangers, tapes, boxes, alarms, tags, printed papers etc. all consumables available in the store; informs shop management accordingly and places orders of any such materials in timely manner.
- He/she follows up the store to keep always clean and tidy.
- He/she leaves the store ready to the next day (cleaning, opening shipment, transfer shipments etc.) at the time of closing the shop, and/or follows up related procedures.
- He/she carries out necessary contacts and correspondences with contracted cargo companies, shops and central store. Checks and signs all acceptance and shipment waybills; and submits to shop manager for system approval.
- He/she takes delivery of any materials other than products (visual material, catalogues, campaign visuals etc.) coming by cargo, as complete and without any damage and informs shop management accordingly.
- He/she submits weekly reports related to store transactions of shipment and acceptance.
- He/she follows up storage capacity (numbers of storage shelves and hangers) to be consistent to data on the system.
- During performance evaluation process of staff of the store, provides feedback to shop managers.
