**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role based at Grand Casino Tirana. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring guest comfort, providing customer support, and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the casino. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-tier service in a high-energy environment.
