Human Resources Manager

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Tirana. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, developing HR strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role also includes providing guidance to leadership on HR-related matters and helping to align HR practices with organizational goals.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum experencie in this role 5years and over 35years old
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large organization
