**Role Description**

The Human Resources Operations Manager will oversee and optimize HR processes and initiatives to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering effective employee relations. The role also involves collaborating with multiple departments to align HR strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirana.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Operations
- Excellent background in ATS (SuccessFactor, Workday, Zoho, etc)
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proven skills in HR Management and Employee Relations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate and property management sectors is a MUST
