**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Durrës. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment and hiring processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records. Other day-to-day responsibilities include providing guidance on HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting performance management processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role also involves contributing to the development of HR strategies and fostering employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational productivity.

**Qualifications**

- Knowledge and experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and personnel administration.
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Experience in organizational development and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR roles would be advantageous.
