**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR-related activities, implementing HR policies, and handling personnel management. Responsibilities include overseeing employee benefits, developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee inquiries, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate HR records.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding best practices and legal requirements.
- Experience in creating and applying HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits programs effectively.
- Strong skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools, and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Minimum experiences 10years in this sector
