**Job Purpose:**

The ICT Project Manager (Operations) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering ICT projects that support operational efficiency and business continuity. The role ensures that technology initiatives are executed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with operational needs, company standards, and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsabilities:**

**International ICT Projects Management related to Business application, granting:**

- The respect of standard methodologies and deliverables requested by the Group.
- The preparation and management for each project are a phase of detailed activity planning.
- The business requirement collection and their respect during the project preparation phase.
- The respect of the project budget allocated.
- Manage communication with all project stakeholders about main milestones and project status.
- Internal and external project teams’ coordination.
- That effective end users training is performed.
- An effective handover phase to application maintenance teams.
- Updates application map and interface tracker.
- Contributes to project planning and external vendors qualification.
- Participate in the requirement gathering, updating processes impacted by projects realized.

**Education and Experience:**

- Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics.
- Similar role covered at least 4/5 years.
- Consulting approach to projects.
- Knowledge of at least one of main project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, CMMI, Prince2, etc.);
- Fluent in English. Italian is advantages.
- Available on business trips.
- Knowledge of main SAP modules (MM-PP);
- Involvement in MES or Supply Chain implementation projects will be considered a plus.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
