**Tasks**
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd level technical support and basic system troubleshooting across Windows and Unix systems.
- Work with ticketing and ITSM systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, OTRS) to track and manage incidents.
- Participate in system monitoring, reporting, and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate between different teams, including service owners, application operations, and business units.
- Track and monitor active, inactive, or outdated log sources
- Supporting root cause analysis to avoid similar log source impairments within the future.
- Assist with escalations and patching processes.

**Requirements**
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SIEM systems and ticket management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with Splunk or similar SIEM tools.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux administration
- Understanding of vulnerability scanning, IT-Security products (XDR), and email security concepts
- Basic experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge in documentation platforms such as Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Business English.
