Information Technology Specialist

uhoh.com is a fast-growing IT help desk and we're looking for an IT Specialist who lives to solve problems.

**What You’ll Do**

You will be the backbone of our technical operations. This is a high-ownership role where you will:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments for both local and remote teams.
- Manage user access and permissions across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and our suite of productivity tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp).
- Implement and monitor endpoint security, including MFA, VPNs, firewalls, and patch management.
- Streamline our internal tool builders and AI-driven solutions to keep the team moving faster.
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Document processes and create technical guides that actually make sense.

**What You Bring**

- Technical Versatility: Proven experience in IT support or systems administration within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep OS Knowledge: You are comfortable jumping between Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Security Mindset: You understand the "why" behind cybersecurity best practices and can enforce them without slowing the team down.
- Problem-Solving DNA: You don't just fix symptoms; you find root causes.
- Education/Certs: A degree in CS/IT is great, but we value documented skills (CompTIA A+, MS-900, Google IT Support) and real-world experience just as much. Help desk or customer support experience is a plus.
