Objektivi Profesional

Pozicioni i Inxhinierit Elektrik në CSP përfaqëson një rol kyç në implementimin e zgjidhjeve teknologjike të avancuara në fushën e automatizimit, energjisë dhe sigurisë. Kandidati ideal duhet të jetë i aftë të:

Projektoj dhe implementoj impiante elektrike të përputhshme me standardet më të larta të sigurisë dhe efikasitetit;

Integroj zgjidhje të automatizimit (KNX, BMS) dhe sisteme fotovoltaike në projekte komplekse rezidenciale dhe komerciale;

Kryejë analiza humbjesh në rrjet, optimizim të sistemeve dhe integrim të burimeve të rinovueshme;

Përgatis raporte dhe rekomandime për kursim energjie dhe përmirësim të performancës së ndërtesave;

Përgatis dokumentacion teknik që mund të përdoret nga audituesit e licensuar për certifikim energjetik në të ardhmen;

Koordinoj me ekipet e shitjeve dhe marketingut për të përcaktuar kërkesat specifike të klientëve dhe për të ofruar zgjidhje të përshtatura;

Kontriboj në procesin e transformimit digjital të bizneseve lokale.

Projektim dhe zbatim i impianteve elektrike për objekte rezidenciale dhe komerciale, duke përfshirë sistemet e tensionit të ulët dhe të mesëm.

Analizim humbjesh në rrjet, optimizim sistemesh, integrim BMS dhe burime të rinovueshme.

Përgatitje e raporteve dhe rekomandimeve për kursim energjie dhe përmirësim të efikasitetit të ndërtesave.

Përgatitje e dokumentacionit teknik që mund të përdoret nga audituesit e licensuar për certifikim energjetik në të ardhmen.

Integrim i sistemeve të automatizimit të ndërtesave (KNX, BMS), sistemeve të ndriçimit inteligjent dhe të menaxhimit të energjisë.

Përdorim i avancuar i softuerëve profesionistë si AutoCAD, ETAP apo te ngjashme dhe të tjerë për modelim dhe simulim.

Ekspertizë Teknike: Njohuri e thellë në sistemet elektrike, fotovoltaike dhe të automatizimit; aftësi për projektim dhe zbatim të impianteve komplekse.

Efikasitet Energjetik dhe Ndërtim i Qëndrueshëm: Analizë humbjesh, optimizim sistemesh, integrim burimesh të rinovueshme, BMS.

Raporte dhe Dokumentacion: Përgatitje e raporteve dhe dokumentacionit teknik që mund të përdoret për certifikim energjetik nga auditues të licensuar.

Përpikëri dhe Siguri: Fokus i lartë në detaje, respektim i rreptë i standardeve të sigurisë dhe cilësisë.

Integrim Teknologjik: Aftësi për të integruar zgjidhje të ndryshme teknologjike në një platformë të vetme të menaxhimit.

Arsimi

Diplomë Bachelor ose Master në Inxhinieri Elektrike, Energjetike ose një fushë përkatëse.

Certifikime profesionale në fusha të tilla si: KNX, Fotovoltaik, Menaxhim i Projektove (opsionale, por të preferuara).

Licensa dhe Certifikimet

Licencë e vlefshme e Projektuesit të Punimeve Elektrike.

Licencë e vlefshme e Drejtuesit të Punimeve Elektrike.

Opsionale: Licencë e Audituesit Energjitik e acredituar nga AEE.

Gjuhët

Anglisht – Nivel i mirë për lexim dhe kuptim të dokumentacionit teknik.

Integrate automation solutions (KNX, BMS) and photovoltaic systems into complex residential and commercial projects.

Perform network loss analysis, system optimization, and integration of renewable energy sources.

Prepare reports and recommendations for energy savings and building performance improvement.

Prepare technical documentation that can be used by licensed auditors for energy certification in the future.

Professional Experience

Design and implementation of electrical installations for residential and commercial buildings, including low and medium voltage systems.

Analysis of network losses, system optimization, BMS and renewable energy source integration.

Preparation of reports and recommendations for energy savings and building efficiency improvement.

Preparation of technical documentation that can be used by licensed auditors for energy certification in the future.

Integration of building automation systems (KNX, BMS), intelligent lighting systems, and energy management systems

Development of technical documentation, schematic diagrams, and coordination of the approval process with relevant authorities.

Supervision of on-site works, quality inspection, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

Advanced use of professional software such as AutoCAD, ETAP or similar, and others for modeling and simulation.

Key Skills

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical, photovoltaic, and automation systems; ability to design and implement complex installations.

Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Construction: Loss analysis, system optimization, integration of renewable sources, BMS.

Reporting and Documentation: Preparation of reports and technical documentation usable for energy certification by licensed auditors.

Precision and Safety: High attention to detail, strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Technological Integration: Ability to integrate various technological solutions into a single management platform.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certifications in areas such as: KNX, Photovoltaics, Project Management (optional, but preferred).

Licenses and Certifications

Valid License for Designer of Electrical Works.

Valid License for Supervisor of Electrical Works.

Optional: Accredited Energy Auditor License from AEE.

Languages

English – Good level for reading and understanding technical documentation.

Additional Information

Proven work experience in projects similar to those offered by CSP (preferred).

Knowledge of international energy efficiency and green building standards.
