IT Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Specialist to become part of our growing team.


**Tasks**

- Provide technical support to end-user.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the lifecycle of hardware assets.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access rights.
- Maintain and configure the security camera and access control system.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (such as Windows Server, Linux), virtualization technologies, server applications, and server hardware.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, providing help desk support, and conducting user training.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity practices, access control, and conducting security audits.
- Skills in backup and recovery, data storage solutions, and database management.
- Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
- Competence in project planning, vendor management, and budgeting for IT projects.
- Compliance and Documentation.
- Very good English skills.
- Willingness to travel.
