**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist based in Tirana. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, managing network administration, ensuring robust network security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service to staff and ensuring smooth technological operations to support the hotel’s daily activities and guest experiences.


**Qualifications**


- Strong knowledge and experience in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in core Information Technology concepts and practices
- Excellent skills in Troubleshooting various technical issues
- Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service and technical support to staff
- Experience in hospitality industry IT systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
