**Junior Account Manager**
to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll take ownership of key partner accounts and play a hands-on role in driving long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partnership Development: Identify and approach high-potential partners aligned with our global strategy.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full cycle: outreach, negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Account Growth: Own existing relationships to drive retention, performance upsells, and revenue growth.
- Optimization: Monitor partner data to resolve issues and unlock new vertical opportunities.
- Market Intel: Conduct competitive research to identify and dominate new market trends.
**Requirements**
- Experience: 0–2 years in partnerships, sales, or marketing (Affiliate experience is a massive plus).
- Communication: Absolute fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with campaign forecasting and performance data analysis.
- Traits: Disciplined, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure sales cycles.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Mindset: This is a high-performance role for those serious about professional growth and ownership.

**Working hours:**
Mon - Fri 8AM to 5PM
